Aloha Icebreaker Games

An Aloha party conjures up images of white sand beaches, swaying palm trees, frosty tropical drinks, and exotic hula dancers. It's the perfect time to serve your guests great food and make them feel like they're on a real Hawaiian holiday. An aloha party can easily get anyone into the relaxed vacation mood, but if you want a great icebreaker game to help everyone get to know each other, play Aloha Hula Hoop. Hula hoops are enough to bring out the kid and fun-loving side of anyone! Take two hula hoops and have two of the participants at a time face off against each other to see who can hula hoop the longest. Be sure to announce the contestant’s names (For example, “And now we have Amanda vs. Patrick!”) so the party goers can cheer their favorite player on. Whoever wins gets a nice party favor. You can also make it into a Round Robin game, where the winner from each round goes on to face each other, then those winners face each other, until a final winner is declared. This game will have everyone laughing and cheering on their favorite contestants. Hula hoops are a great reminder for adults that they shouldn't take themselves too seriously and have fun, especially when at a fun aloha party!
