Columbus Day Icebreaker Games
Time spend a few minutes working some ideas for Columbus Day ice breaker party games. The first idea that comes to mind is to set up a area to resemble an old wooden boat of the day. Then place signs around the area explain where they’re at and what is expected of them on this boat. Including a way to make sure the guest are not able to leave the area easily to give them the sense they’re trapped on a boat. Obviously this would need to be done with safety in mind, no need for someone getting hurt. The construction process and placement of items is up to those in charge, include some printable party games to keep the guest busy for the moment.
This plan will keep both the guest involved in the Columbus Day party and work well for the ice breaker party games. Next is to figure out a few possible games that could be used, well if the the weather is nice and warm having a misting type spray cover them might work. However the ground area would either need to be covered or be some sort of patio area. Another drawback to having too much water is the fact that it would make paper, such as printable party games not an option. So it might be better to keep water to a minimum and maybe just have it watering one side of the lawn where the boat has been setup.
