The first Saturday in May is the yearly Kentucky Derby horse race, so make sure to plan ahead for the appropriate Kentucky Derby Party Supplies and a smashingly good time. KENTUCKY DERBY THEMED CHARACTERS/WHO AM I? GAME: With the invitations, make up a mock Kentucky Derby Party Dictionary, filling it with horse racing terms that your guests may not be aware of. Tell them the dress code is merely, "Silk" and that they must attend using the proper language and wear the appropriate attire for the event. At the end of the party, you can 'crown' the top dresser and speaker with their own horseshoe of flowers.
