Madagascar is a lively theme for a child’s party. A little inspiration will give you dozens of Madagascar themed party ideas. Madagascar Party Invites Use pictures of the animal characters from Madagascar for invitations. Draw outlines of paw prints on the back of the picture and add party information. Madagascar Party Colors The colors should be bright tropical colors. Try greens, yellows, reds, and purples for the main colors. Madagascar Party Supplies Get Madagascar party plates and cups or go with green, yellow, red and purple for a tropical feel. Madagascar Party Balloons Use balloons with animals on them or draw paw prints with markers on the balloons. Madagascar Costumes Get animal print fabric and cut our rectangle shapes. Cut a head sized hole in the middle and let the kids slip one on to be an animal. Madagascar Party Activities Remember those animal print fabric pullover pieces; well that’s just a start. Madagascar Party Banners Use large cutouts of each of the main characters and tie or tape them to a white cord, then thread the cord from one wall to the opposite wall. Add streamers and balloons. Madagascar Craft Put a larger piece of craft or butcher’s paper on a wall or the floor and let the kids draw and color in animals, palm trees and a whole jungle scene. Be sure to supervise them so no walls are colored by mistake. A cute idea at a Madagascar Party is to use an animal shaped cookie cutter to make "animal" sandwiches. The kids will already be excited and this will just add to the fun. |
