Spongebob Icebreaker Games

Fun ice breaker games for a Spongebob theme party, or any gathering, are fun group activities all can participate in doing. Allow children of all ages to get in on the fun and what better fun is there when children can work together for a common goal. For a Spongebob theme party, play the Spongebob relay race. Form teams of even numbers and place four buckets on the opposite ends of the party area. The buckets near the children at the starting point should be filled with water and the other buckets being empty. On go, the first child on each team places their sponge in the bucket soaking up as much water as possible then running to the empty bucket ringing the water in. The first player from each team then runs back to their teammate and hands them the sponge and that teammate does the same. The first team who can fill the empty bucket to the desired line (mark with a marker inside the bucket) is the winning team. To make the game more challenging, blindfold each of the players. If the players are blindfolded, encourage them to walk slowly from bucket to bucket to avoid falling causing injury especially when dealing with young children.
