Thomas the Tank Engine Icebreaker Games

Thomas the Tank Engine theme games will give children an opportunity to interact with one another in a fun environment. Ice breaker games will help children, who are shy, feel more comfortable in playing with other children. Games have the power to unite, not only children, but adults as well. A simple game that children will love is the a Human Train Game. Line up the children, have them wear conductors hats, with the child in the front leading the way. The children can place their hands on each other shoulders.

Another game children will love is Thomas the Tank Engine Maze game. Create a maze using a maze generator (the maze can be complicated of very simple in difficulty level). Draw the maze on a large sheet of paper or poster board. Place a picture of Thomas at the start destination with the a sign that indicates the end. Once the maze is made, hang it up in the desired area. Give each child an opportunity to take Thomas around the maze hoping he can reach the end. If the child reaches a dead end that child turn is over. Allow every child an opportunity to see if they can take Thomas to the end of his journey safely. Spilt the party guests into team allowing them to confer with each other to determine the best route to take Thomas on as well. In the event a child figures out the maze before everyone has an opportunity to try it, then flip the maze upside down.
